Accepting Offer Letter and provided sufficient evidence and source of financials.
Other relevant documents like Statement of Purpose, CV, Affidavit support etc.
Receive Genuine Temporary Entrance Approval by institution and medical done.
Pay tuition + health care and get eCoE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment).
File the student visa under subclass 500 and get.

English language studies – Around $250 per week depending on course length
Vocational Education and Training (Certificates I to IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma) – $5,000 to $25,000
Undergraduate Bachelor Degree – $15,000 to $45,000*
Postgraduate Masters Degree – $20,000 to $50,000*
Doctoral Degree – $15,000 to $30,000*
